Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have not completed a substantial portion of the course content. We may decline refund requests where a course has been viewed or completed in significant part.
To request a refund, contact support@sorai.academy with your account and purchase details. Any specific refund terms shown at checkout will apply if they differ from this section.
5. Educational use and no guarantees
Sorai Academy provides educational content and tools intended to support your learning:
- We do not guarantee any particular learning outcome, grade, certification, or professional result.
- You are responsible for how you use the information and skills you gain through the Service.
- The Service is not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as legal, financial, medical, or other specialized fields.
6. AI services
The Service may include AI-powered features to support your learning. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal learning purposes. - tangent3 (including its owners, employees, and partners) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to us for access to the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
